This project included the modernization of an approximately 5,500 sf of an existing café and restaurant on first floor of the Velodyne LiDAR facility. The HVAC scope included providing HVAC and hydronic systems as applicable. It included new HVAC for remodeled areas, ventilation systems, new air distribution as was required, and new temperature controls as was required.
