Project included air distribution, rooftop packaged a/c units for building, Stand-alone Temperature controls, ventilation for toilets and breakroom and BSL-2 area, plumbing for toilets, roof drains, emergency fixtures, sampling tank for sewer for BSL-3 lab, condensate piping and/or gas piping for new HVAC units, dry utilities and coordination, new electrical power distribution for main building, power to BSL-3 Lab, lighting, telephone/data, fire alarm requirements for design/build system, Emergency Power for facility including expansion, and Exterior site and parking garage lighting.
