New 95,000, 3-story building for Microbiology STEM building at Soka University of consisted of the following: RO/DI water loops for the lab sinks, glass washers and sterilizers, autoclave, natural gas distributions to lab turrets, space heating boilers and domestic water heating boilers, Central Vacuum pumps for laboratory vacuum system, Central Laboratory Compressed Air (CDA) system, Acid waste and vent systems, Sanitary waste and vent system, and domestic hot and cold water system.
HVAC included lab variable exhaust and dedicated cooling and heating systems via chilled and hot water. Lab air pressure controls.
