A mixed use senior housing facility, this four level housing facility consists of a main 4 story complex with senior housing luxury units, banquet areas, commercial kitchen, restaurant, pool, spa, activity rooms, and other common areas. The main complex also houses a subterranean garage parking. The main building is surrounded by four, four story villa clusters consisting of housing only. The main building is being served by an energy-efficient central plant housing heating hot water boilers, variable speed pumps, cooling towers, and chillers. All plumbing fixtures are low flow for water conversation and Cal Green requirements.
