This project included mechanical services necessary. Specifically, the project consisted of an approximate 7,840 sf building area of tenant improvement. The HVAC scope included designing a complete system which included providing design for three (3) 6-ton rooftop packaged heat pump units, design for two (2) 3-ton rooftop packaged heat pump units, design for one (1) 2-ton rooftop packaged heat pump unit, design for one (1) 2-ton split system heat pump unit to serve Break Room 112, and design for duct and air distribution.
