Mechanical and plumbing services for the Semlow TI and Frog Lab in basement. Semlow Lab (appx. 2,357 sf) building area for standalone module inside existing building. Frog Lab in basement (appx. 760 sf). Project included: inline exhaust fan with VFD, fume hood exhaust, Main lab/Tissue Culture, chilled water heating hot water, temperature controls lab bench end sinks with mixing faucets, stainless sanitization sink, trench drain, CO2, liquid Nitrogen, high pressure compressed air piping, deionized water system, RO water system, and sanitary waste and vent systems.
