This project concerned the 42,000-square-foot clubhouse in which a complete retrofit was performed. This project was a LEED Gold minimum. The HVAC scope included providing new high efficiency VAV RTU units for building, ventilation for toilets, custodial rooms, storage rooms etc., kitchen exhaust and make-up air as was required for hood, and building energy management system controls for HVAC system. The LEED Services and Commissioning Support were optional.
