This project included providing new Air cooled chiller, Pumps and Air rotation units with heating furnace to provide air conditioning the warehouse which amounted to 157,000 sf. additionally, the project included providing new HVLS fans to provide air circulation.
HVAC included lab variable exhaust and dedicated cooling and heating systems via chilled and hot water. Lab air pressure controls.
