This project included the MEP services. It was comprised of new mixed use building with 8 levels above ground and one level below ground. It included the proposed office area (54,678 sf) on levels 6, 7 and 8, partial level 1 (14,700 sf) parking and levels 2 –5 (24, 700 sf each) above ground parking, partial level 1 retail (7,894 sf), and below grade level parking (29,700 sf). The mechanical scope included providing HVAC plans which included new HVAC units for shell and core building, new air distribution for core lobbies etc., new ventilation for core restrooms, utility rooms as was required, ventilation for elevator machine rooms, providing parking garage ventilation system for below grade parking level, and new shell HVAC infrastructure for retail spaces vii. Temperature controls infrastructure for shell building. The plumbing included domestic cold and hot water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drain and natural gas piping systems which comply with the requirements of the California Plumbing Code.  It included roof drains for building and the plumbing plans included the parking levels. The electrical scope included coordinating with new electrical, telephone and cable TV services with local utility companies and contract drawings.
