This project consisted of mechanical and plumbing services for TI. This included Phase 1 Scope which consisted of a new freezer/refrigerator storage room. The Phase 2 Scope included tenant demising wall revision. For Space H, the mechanical scope included revising plans for providing new water source heat pump and title-24 for new water heat pump (including plan check corrections), condenser water piping and valves for refrigeration equipment for kitchen, and a possible site visit. The plumbing scope included the re-design of Hot water Heater System and routing all piping to serve Future Tenants, routing all piping Gas/cold water/Hot water supply and Hot water Return as well as updating schedules, risers, and calculations. Also included were meetings and phone conversations with Plan Checker.
